NHS England has awarded a national framework agreement for the supply of Aripiprazole prolonged release injection, with an estimated value of £32.14 million excluding VAT (£38.568 million including VAT).
The framework, CM/TNS/26/5741, is scheduled to commence on 1 February 2027 and will run until 31 January 2029, with the option to extend by up to 24 months at the authority’s discretion, potentially taking the agreement through to 31 January 2031.
Three suppliers have been appointed to the framework following an open procurement process:

A total of four tenders were received and assessed, with three suppliers successfully awarded places on the framework. Orifarm UK was unsuccessful.
The award decision was made on 29 July 2026, with framework agreements expected to be signed from 21 August 2026. Published by Medicines Procurement and Supply Chain – NHS Medicines Value & Access, the framework will support the supply of pharmaceutical products across multiple regions in England.
