The London Borough of Islington intends to award Turning Point (Services) Limited a £63.75 million contract to deliver its Integrated Community Drug and Alcohol Service.
The service will support adults aged 18 and over living in Islington who have drug and/or alcohol-related treatment and support needs and will be registered with the Care Quality Commission.
The initial contract will run from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2032, including a six-month mobilisation period before the service goes live on 1 April 2027. Extension options could take the contract through to 31 March 2036.
Six tenders were received and assessed, with Turning Point selected following a competitive process under the Provider Selection Regime. The standstill period runs until 23 September 2026.
