Essex County Council has awarded Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust a £472,715 contract to provide occupational and physical therapy services supporting its Additional Reablement Capacity contract in Mid Essex.
The service will support reablement provision across Braintree, Chelmsford and Maldon.
The contract is expected to run from 14 September 2026 to 31 March 2028, with an option to extend for a further 12 months to 31 March 2029.
The below-threshold contract was awarded without competition under the light touch regime.
