Tower Hamlets has awarded Newton Europe Limited a £515,000 contract to carry out a comprehensive diagnostic of health and adult social care.
The work will produce a business case and delivery plan for the transformation of adult social care, identifying opportunities to improve outcomes for residents and reduce spending on specific care pathways while continuing to meet eligible care needs and statutory duties.
The three-month contract is expected to run from 1 November 2026 to 2 February 2027.
The below-threshold contract was awarded without competition.
