NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board has awarded Ozone Health Limited an £158,000 contract, including VAT, to provide emergency tele-dermatology services for the population of Doncaster.
The direct award was made through the Crown Commercial Service’s G-Cloud 15 framework, under Lot 2b for Software as a Service (SaaS), without competition. The requirement follows the incumbent provider serving notice to terminate its contract.
The award decision was made on 9 October 2026. The contract is estimated to run from 19 October 2026 to 18 June 2027, covering eight months.
The contract is valued at £158,000 both excluding and including VAT.
