East Suffolk Council has awarded Anglia Care Trust a £157,096 contract, including VAT, to improve access to drug and alcohol treatment for people who are rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping.
The contract, valued at £125,676 excluding VAT, was awarded under Lot 22, Alcohol Harm Reduction Services, of the Social Impact Framework.
The funding aims to reduce rough sleeping and drug- and alcohol-related deaths across the district.
The award decision was made on 19 October 2026. The contract is expected to be signed on 30 October 2026 and is estimated to run for one year, from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027.
