Provision of Community Accommodation Services Open Framework
49 Providers
London
The Greater London Authority (GLA) has selected 39 providers for its Domestic Abuse Safe Accommodation Framework, with an anticipated maximum total value of £200 million excluding VAT. The award decision was published on 15 October 2026, with the framework covering specialist accommodation-based support and wider services for victims and survivors of domestic abuse across London.
The framework is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers specialist support for victims and survivors living in safe accommodation, including refuges and other appropriate accommodation-based settings. Lot 2 covers support for people with housing-related needs, including help accessing and leaving safe accommodation, advocacy, prevention advice, specialist support for children, sanctuary schemes and outreach services.

The framework is expected to run from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2030, with a possible extension to 31 March 2035. The GLA may extend the arrangement subject to sufficient government funding and a determination that continuation remains the most appropriate and effective mechanism for delivering its strategic objectives. The notice also describes the framework as having an eight-year lifespan and anticipates periodic reopening exercises to allow additional suppliers to join.
The award decision was made on 15 October 2026. The standstill period ends on 28 October 2026, and 29 October 2026 is the earliest date on which the contracts may be signed.
