Aneurin Bevan University Health Board has awarded Severn Wye Energy Agency a contract worth £200,000 including VAT for the Gwent Warm and Well Programme.
The contract has a value of £166,666.67 excluding VAT and covers community health services across the Gwent Valleys, Monmouthshire and Newport.
The award decision was made on 15 October 2026 through a direct award procedure. The contract is estimated to run for two years, from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2028.
The notice states that the earliest date for signing the contract is 27 October 2026, following the end of the eight-working-day standstill period on 26 October 2026.
The procurement was led by NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre University NHS Trust.
