Preventx and Turning Point Awarded £7.61m Wiltshire Sexual Health Contracts

Wiltshire Council has awarded two integrated sexual health service contracts worth a combined £7.61 million to Preventx Limited and Turning Point.

Preventx Limited has been awarded Lot 2, the Digital Sexual Health Service for Wiltshire, valued at £4,568,210. The service will provide confidential, digital-first support for residents, including online triage and self-assessment, STI and HIV self-sampling kits and results, remote prescribing, partner notification, condom provision and PrEP pathway management.

Turning Point has been awarded Lot 3, the Community Outreach and Prevention Service, valued at £3,045,593. The service will focus on targeted outreach to priority populations, communications and campaigns, workforce training, system capacity building and condom distribution. It aims to improve sexual health awareness, increase service uptake and address inequalities and barriers to access.

Both contracts have an estimated start date of 1 April 2027 and an initial end date of 31 March 2034, with a possible three-year extension to 31 March 2037. The notice lists 15 October 2026 as the award decision date and 1 December 2026 as the earliest date for contract signing.

Wiltshire Council also confirmed that Lot 1, covering specialist sexual and reproductive health services across the county, would not be awarded, with the decision dated 15 October 2026.
