Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has awarded a £72,150 contract (excluding VAT) to IQVIA Ltd for the delivery of its Friends & Family Test service.
The contract, valued at £86,580 including VAT, was awarded following a below-threshold open competition. A total of nine tenders were received and assessed during the final stage of the procurement, with six submissions from SMEs.
The award decision was made on 15 July 2026, with the contract expected to be signed on 30 July 2026.
The agreement is scheduled to run from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2029, providing three years of survey analysis services for the Trust.
