North Tyneside Borough Council has awarded a £370,000 contract for the provision of paediatric occupational therapy support to special schools.
The contract has been awarded to Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and has a value of £370,000 excluding VAT (£444,000 including VAT).
The contract was awarded on 2 July 2026, with the standstill period ending on 24 July 2026. The earliest contract signature date is 25 July 2026.
The contract is expected to run from 26 July 2026 to 31 March 2027, with the option to extend for a further 12 monthsuntil 31 March 2028.
The procurement was undertaken via the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Direct Award – Option C using a direct award procedure.
