NHS England Awards UKROC Database Contract to London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust

NHS England has awarded a contract to London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust for the provision of the UK Rehabilitation Outcomes Collective (UKROC) Database.

The contract has been awarded with a value of £684,126 excluding VAT (£820,951.20 including VAT) and is expected to commence on 4 August 2026, running until 31 March 2027.

The agreement includes the option to extend for a further 12 months, which could see the contract continue until 31 March 2028.

The procurement was carried out through a direct award procedure, with NHS England citing single supplier – intellectual property or exclusive rights, specifically technical reasons relating to intellectual property, as the justification.

The contract covers the provision of database and data-processing services in support of the UK Rehabilitation Outcomes Collective (UKROC).
