Stoke-on-Trent City Council has selected Honeycomb Charitable Services Ltd to deliver its Domestic Abuse Sanctuary and Safe Accommodation (DASSA) Support Service.
The service will provide specialist domestic abuse support for victims and their children within relevant safe accommodation, in accordance with legislative guidance.
The contract is valued at £2.747 million excluding VAT and is expected to run from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029, with optional extensions at the council’s discretion potentially taking the agreement to 30 September 2031.
Four tenders were received, with one tender assessed in the final stage and Honeycomb Charitable Services appointed as the successful provider.
The award decision was made on 26 August 2026. The procurement was conducted through an open procedure under the light touch regime.
