A £110 million framework has been awarded for the supply of specialist social care, education, community, interim and temporary staffing services to the public sector.
The Connect2Framework agreement covers a range of staffing requirements, including qualified and non-qualified education personnel, nursery workers, registered general nurses, qualified and non-qualified social and healthcare staff, SEND specialists, occupational therapists, educational psychologists and interpreters.
A total of 19 tenders were received and all 19 suppliers have been awarded contracts:
All 19 successful suppliers are classified as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The framework has a stated contract value of £110 million and is expected to run from 5 October 2026 until 28 February 2034.
The award decision was made on 26 August 2026, with the earliest contract signing date set for 8 September 2026. The procurement was conducted through an open procedure.
