The framework will provide support services for homeless people and rough sleepers experiencing Severe Multiple Disadvantage.
The four providers appointed to Lot 3 Specialist Services are:
The framework has a stated value of £250 million excluding VAT and is expected to run from 1 October 2026 until 30 June 2034.
It can be used by any local authority within Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, successor authorities following local government reorganisation, and the East Midlands County Combined Authority.
The council said Lot 3 had been omitted in error when the awards for Lots 1 and 2 were previously published. Following Cabinet Office advice, Lot 3 is being established as a standalone framework rather than forming part of the existing framework.
