West Northamptonshire Council has awarded Assure Care Ltd a £121,348 contract for the provision of adult social care services.
The contract relates to a spot purchase arrangement designed to meet an individual’s assessed care and support needs following an assessment under the Care Act 2014.
The service will provide care, support, supervision and wellbeing support tailored to the individual’s requirements, with the arrangement intended to maintain or improve their health, wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
The contract is expected to run for five years from 26 August 2026 until 25 August 2031.
Assure Care Ltd, an SME based in Milton Keynes, was appointed through a below-threshold procurement without competition.
