Nottinghamshire County Council has awarded four providers places on a framework for specialist support services for homeless people and rough sleepers experiencing Severe Multiple Disadvantage (SMD) across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Lot 3 covers integrated, community-based specialist support in areas including housing, mental health, physical health, employment and financial inclusion.

The framework is available for use by any current or future local authority in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
Lot 3 has a stated value of £250 million excluding VAT and is expected to run from 1 October 2026 until 30 June 2034.
The award decision was made on 26 June 2026. The procurement was conducted as a direct award under the light touch regime.
