Gloucestershire County Council has awarded a contract to @HomeDental Limited to develop, deliver and sustain an oral health workforce education programme.
The programme will equip a diverse workforce with the confidence, knowledge and skills to support residents most at risk of poor oral health and oral health inequalities.
The contract is expected to run from 31 August 2026 to 30 August 2028, with the option to extend for a further 12 months, potentially taking the agreement through to 30 August 2029.
The contract was awarded following an open procedure.
A total of three tenders were received, with all three assessed at the final stage. Each submission was made by a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME).
The award decision was made on 24 July 2026, with assessment summaries issued on the same day. The earliest date the contract may be signed is 20 August 2026.
