Exeter City Council has awarded Exeter City Community Trust a contract for a supported accommodation project in Exeter.
The contract will provide a subsidy towards staff costs for housing-related support covering 55 units of accommodation across multiple properties in Exeter.
The agreement is valued at £244,110 excluding VAT and £292,932 including VAT. The award decision was made on 20 August 2026, with the contract expected to run from 2 September 2026 until 31 August 2027.
Exeter City Community Trust has been appointed through a direct award under the light-touch regime.
The contract covers social work services with accommodation in Devon.
