Powys County Council has appointed 17 providers to a new framework for the provision of support services for babies, children, young people and families in and around Powys.
The framework has a contract value of £840,000 and is expected to run from 31 August 2026 until 4 April 2030, with the possibility of extensions through to 4 April 2032.

The council received 17 tenders, all of which were assessed at the final stage, with all 17 suppliers awarded a place on the framework.
The procurement was conducted under the light touch regime using an open procedure, with the award decision made on 17 March 2026.
