Wiltshire Council has awarded a contract to Oxford Brookes Enterprises Limited for the continued independent evaluation of the Emotional Me Programme in Wiltshire schools.
The £32,800 contract, excluding VAT, covers the evaluation of Phase 2 of the programme. The Institute of Public Care (IPC) conducted the independent evaluation of Phase 1, developing the theory of change, evaluation framework, methodology and data collection tools, as well as managing stakeholder relationships throughout the first phase of delivery.
The award decision was made on 3 September 2026, with the contract expected to run from 18 September 2026 to 31 March 2027.
