Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council and Torfaen CBC have awarded a contract for the delivery of the Connect to Work – Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) Service.
Intuitive Thinking Skills has been appointed to deliver an evidence-based model within the Connect to Work programme, supporting individuals with disabilities, long-term health conditions and complex barriers to access, sustain and progress in employment.
The contract is valued at £1.344 million excluding VAT and £1.6128 million including VAT.
The contract is expected to begin on 7 September 2026 and run until 31 March 2030.
Five tenders were received, with three assessed at the final stage. Intuitive Thinking Skills was selected as the successful supplier.
The award decision was made on 1 September 2026, with the contract expected to be signed no earlier than 7 September 2026.
