University of East Anglia Awards Occupational Health Services Contract

The University of East Anglia has awarded its Occupational Health Services contract covering support for both staff and students.

The procurement was divided into two lots, with Innovate Healthcare Management Group Limited appointed to deliver services across both contracts.

The occupational health provision will support university staff and students under separate service arrangements, with both contracts scheduled to commence on 1 August 2026.

Lot 1 – Staff Occupational Health

Lot 1 covers occupational health services for university staff.

The contract has a value of £225,073 including VAT and will run from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2029, with an option to extend for up to a further two years.

Lot 2 – Student Occupational Health

Lot 2 covers occupational health services for students.

The contract has a value of £1,332,470 including VAT and will run from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2029, with an option to extend for up to a further two years.

Contract Details

The award decision for both lots was made on 23 June 2026, with assessment summaries issued to tenderers on the same date. The standstill period is scheduled to conclude on 2 July 2026, with contracts expected to be signed on 4 July 2026.

The procurement was conducted using a competitive flexible procedure.

For both lots, two tenders were received and assessed at the final stage. All submissions were made by small and medium-sized enterprises.
