The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire has awarded two contracts for counselling services on behalf of Voice for Victims and Witnesses.
Assist Trauma Care has been awarded the Road Harm Counselling contract, covering the provision of road harm counselling within Northamptonshire.
Wellbeing For Us has been awarded the Children and Young People’s Counselling contract, providing counselling to children and young people across the county.
Each contract is valued at £150,000 excluding VAT and is expected to run from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2029, with the option of two further 12-month extensions to 31 August 2031.
Five tenders were received and assessed for each lot, with one supplier appointed to each.
The contracts were awarded following a below-threshold open competition under the light touch regime.
The award decision for both contracts was made on 6 July 2026.
