The Police & Crime Commissioner for Merseyside & Chief Constable for Merseyside has awarded PSS a contract to deliver a Women’s Out of Court Disposal Pathway across Merseyside.
The service will provide an early-intervention pathway for women who have committed low-level or first-time offences and are eligible for an out-of-court disposal.
The contract, reference PCC/PD/1299, is valued at £118,300 and is expected to run from 16 September 2026 until 31 March 2028.
Liverpool-based PSS is a voluntary, community and social enterprise. The contract was awarded through a below-threshold procedure without competition.
