Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a provider to undertake Regulation 44 visits and reports across its in-house residential settings.
The service will provide independent oversight of care standards in line with Regulation 44 of the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, supporting the Council in meeting its statutory responsibilities.
The requirement covers existing residential settings, including specialist short-term support and semi-independent provision. A further residential setting is expected to join the service from summer 2027.
