BTH Palliative Care Outsourcing Trinity Hospice
Trinity Hospice and Palliative Care Services Ltd
London
London Borough of Hillingdon has awarded Trinity Homeless Projects a £240,000 contract for the provision of resettlement support services.
The service will support people to settle or remain settled in their accommodation and improve their wellbeing. Support includes access to health services and education, employment and training, financial sustainability, ESOL provision and community orientation.
The contract is expected to run from 17 September 2026 to 16 September 2028, with an option to extend for a further year to 16 September 2029.
The contract was awarded directly. The council cited the supplier’s trained full-time refugee support workers, alongside extreme and unavoidable urgency and the need to continue meeting its obligations under government resettlement schemes and associated grant conditions.
Trinity Homeless Projects is based in Uxbridge and is an SME.
