NHS South East London Integrated Care Board and NHS South West London Integrated Care Board are seeking a provider or group of providers to deliver HIV peer support and advice and advocacy services across South London.
The services will form part of post-diagnosis support for people living with HIV who have been diagnosed through the Emergency Department Blood-Borne Virus (BBV) Opt-Out Testing Programme.
Partnership and consortium bids are encouraged, with the commissioners seeking collaborative approaches that make use of expertise and strengthen engagement across the HIV voluntary and community sector.
The commissioned service will provide a standardised in-clinic peer support offer across South London, operating as an integral part of multidisciplinary teams within HIV clinics.

The service is intended to provide equitable access to peer support and advice and advocacy, helping people develop a greater understanding and acceptance of their HIV diagnosis.
The commissioners are seeking services that improve engagement with care and health-related quality of life outcomes, while helping to reduce onward transmission of HIV.

Services will cover areas including Wandsworth, Lewisham and Southwark, Lambeth, Bexley and Greenwich, Bromley, Croydon, Merton, Kingston upon Thames and Sutton, and Hounslow and Richmond upon Thames.

Contract Value: £734,480 excluding VAT / £881,376 including VAT (estimated)
Delivery Length: 14 months from 1st February 2027 to 31st March 2028, with the option to extend for a further 12 months to 31st March 2029
