The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames, working jointly with the London Borough of Wandsworth, is inviting suitably experienced and qualified providers to apply to its Innovative Platform for Home Based Services.
The Platform covers domiciliary care, homecare reablement and live-in care services. It commenced on 30th January 2023 and is intended to remain open for an initial period of 10 years.
The London Borough of Wandsworth is also a named authority under the arrangement and may use the Platform to support its contingency planning requirements alongside its other contractual arrangements.
The Platform is divided into six lots covering services across Richmond and Wandsworth:

The procurement is being conducted through an open procedure under the Light Touch Regime as set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The contract involves joint procurement, with the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames and London Borough of Wandsworth working through their Better Service Partnership arrangements.
