Six Contracts Awarded to Deliver Adults Supported Accommodation Services

London Borough of Lambeth has awarded contracts across six lots as part of its Adults Supported Accommodation Pathway procurement.

The procurement covers a range of supported accommodation and outreach services, including specialist hostels, supported housing, rough sleeping outreach, and move-on accommodation. The contracts are expected to run from 15 July 2026 to 1 April 2031, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods, potentially taking the contracts through to 1 April 2033.

Awarded Contracts

• Lot 1 – Women’s Pathway – Specialist Hostel and Supported Housing for Women with Complex Needs (38 beds)
  Awarded to St Mungo’s with a contract value of £3,549,910 excluding VAT.
• Lot 2 – Robertson Street – Specialist Hostel for Dual Diagnosis and Physical Health Needs (42 beds)
  Awarded to Thames Reach with a contract value of £3,816,415 excluding VAT.
• Lot 3 – Lambeth High Street and Flats (24 beds)
  Awarded to Thames Reach with a contract value of £3,026,985 excluding VAT.
• Lot 4 – Rough Sleeping Outreach Service
  Awarded to Thames Reach with a contract value of £1,700,000 excluding VAT.
• Lot 5 – Move On Hubs – Short-Term, Dispersed Supported Housing Service (138 beds)
  Awarded to St Mungo’s with a contract value of £3,328,665 excluding VAT.
• Lot 6 – Martha Jones House – Complex Needs Hostel (50 beds)
  Awarded to Thames Reach with a contract value of £4,081,105 excluding VAT.

Procurement Details

The award was made using a Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Light Touch regime. Award decisions were made on 1 June 2026, with contracts expected to be signed from 16 July 2026.
