Leeds City Council has awarded a direct contract to FRG Ltd (Family Rights Group) to provide services supporting the Adoption England Strategy.
The contract has a value of £98,908.33 excluding VAT (£118,690 including VAT) and has been awarded through a below-threshold procedure without competition under the Light Touch Regime.
The agreement is expected to commence on 6 August 2026 and run until 30 September 2026, with the option to extend for up to 12 months, potentially taking the contract through to 30 September 2027.
The contract covers services in support of the Adoption England Strategy and falls under CPV code 85311300 – Welfare services for children and young people. The services may be delivered across regions throughout England.
The contract was awarded by Leeds City Council.
