The BBC has awarded a contract to Medigold Health Consultancy for the continued provision of Access and Disability Services.
The contract has a value of £700,000 excluding VAT (£840,000 including VAT) and has been awarded through a direct award under the Light Touch Regime.
The agreement is expected to commence on 20 July 2026 and run until 30 June 2027.
The service provides specialist workplace support to help the BBC identify, assess and implement reasonable workplace adjustments for disabled colleagues. This includes workplace assessments, adjustment recommendations, specialist advice, communication support services and administration of Access to Work funding.
The award decision was made on 29 June 2026, with the earliest contract signature date scheduled for 20 July 2026. According to the award notice, publication of the contract award was delayed on Find a Tender due to technical issues connecting to the Jaggaer platform.
