Anchor Hanover Group has awarded Project 00346 – Occupational Health.

Anchor Hanover Group has selected Bespoke Wellbeing Limited to deliver its Occupational Health service under Project 00346.

The contract is valued at £144,892.50 including VAT and is expected to run from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029, with two possible one-year extensions taking it to 30 September 2031.

Bespoke Wellbeing will provide a comprehensive Occupational Health service, including management referrals through an OHIO system, triage and consultations, neurodiversity workplace needs assessments, specialist clinical assessments and management of GP and specialist correspondence. The service will also provide management reports covering fitness for work, reasonable adjustments and return-to-work planning, alongside access to an OHIO IT platform.

The award decision was made on 13 August 2026 following an open procedure. A total of 12 tenders were received and assessed at the final stage, all submitted by SMEs. Bespoke Wellbeing was the single supplier selected.
