Manchester City Council has awarded Centennial Property Limited a £1,113,525 contract to provide safe accommodation and support for victims and survivors of domestic violence and abuse with multiple and intersecting needs.
The service will provide accommodation with tailored support for people who may be marginalised and whose needs may not be suited to traditional models of safe accommodation.
The contract is expected to run from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2028, with an option to extend for a further two years to 31 March 2030.
The award decision was made on 28 August 2026 following a competitive selection process under the Housing Related Support Accommodation Framework.
