Manchester City Council has awarded LGBT Foundation Ltd a contract worth £449,280 excluding VAT (£539,136 including VAT) to provide safe accommodation for victims and survivors of domestic violence and abuse from the LGBTQ+ community.
The service will provide safe accommodation with support tailored to the specific circumstances of each household.
The contract is expected to run from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028, with an option to extend for a further two years to 30 September 2030.
The award decision was made on 27 August 2026 following an open procedure, with six tenders received and three assessed at the final stage.
