Cardiff Council has awarded four contracts worth a combined £11,542,615 for refuge and community support services for people experiencing Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence (VAWDASV).
Llamau has been awarded the first three lots, worth a combined £10,992,615. These cover advice and prevention services for women, accommodation and support including up to approximately 57 units of safe accommodation, and support for children and young people.
Codi Care and Support has been awarded the £550,000 fourth lot, providing specialist advice, support, safe accommodation and therapeutic interventions for male victims.
All four contracts are expected to run from 19 October 2026 to 20 October 2031, with the option of a 12-month extension to 20 October 2032.
The award decisions were made on 27 August 2026 following an open procedure under the light touch regime.
