Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust intends to appoint Optimum Medical Solutions Limited to its National Framework Agreement for the Provision of Prescription Hub Services for stoma and/or catheter care.
The framework has an approximate lifetime value of £15 million and is available to relevant authorities across England and Wales. Appointment to the framework does not guarantee the award of any call-off contracts.
The framework covers five lots: Stoma Prescription Services; Catheter Prescription Services; combined Stoma and Catheter Prescription Services; Stoma Pre- and/or Post-Operative Care Support; and a combined prescription and care support service.
The framework commenced on 11 September 2025 and has a four-year term. New providers may be added during its lifetime under the Provider Selection Regime.
Optimum Medical Solutions Limited, based in Leeds, is an SME. The award notice records a contract conclusion date of 18 August 2026.
