Yew Tree Nursing Home secures £325,000 West Northamptonshire Council care contract

Yew Tree Nursing Home Limited has been awarded a £325,000 contract by West Northamptonshire Council for the spot purchasing of adult social care services.

The contract covers an individual nursing home placement designed to meet an assessed person’s care and support needs. Services will include appropriate care, support and supervision, with a focus on individual wellbeing requirements.

The arrangement is intended to ensure continuity of care and timely service delivery, supporting the individual’s health, wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

The contract is valued at £325,000 including VAT and £325,000 excluding VAT. It is expected to run from 9 November 2026 to 9 November 2030, with a duration of four years and one day.

The award was made through a below-threshold procedure without competition. The notice, published on 3 November 2026, identifies 9 November 2026 as the earliest date for signing the contract.
