West Northamptonshire Council has awarded Minster Care Management No2 Limited a £252,585 contract for the spot purchasing of adult social care services in West Northamptonshire.
The contract covers care and support arrangements tailored to an individual’s assessed needs under the Care Act 2014. Services are intended to provide appropriate care, supervision and wellbeing support, while helping to maintain or improve the individual’s health, independence and quality of life.
The four-year contract is expected to run from 9 November 2026 to 9 November 2030. The earliest date for signing is also listed as 9 November 2026.
The award was made through a below-threshold procurement without competition. The contract value is £252,585 excluding VAT and £252,585 including VAT.
