West Midlands
West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority has awarded HG MIND WORKS LTD a contract to provide a face-to-face counselling service.
The contract is valued at £268,840 excluding VAT (£322,608 including VAT) and is expected to run from 7 October 2026 to 6 October 2027, with three optional 12-month extensions potentially taking the agreement through to 6 October 2030.
The service will cover the West Midlands, with options to increase or decrease service days to align with demand.
Eight tenders were received through the below-threshold open competition under the Light Touch Regime, with seven assessed at the final stage.
The award decision was made on 15 September 2026, with the contract expected to be signed no earlier than 25 September 2026.
