Hartlepool Borough Council has awarded Home Group Limited a £1.75 million contract to provide supported accommodation for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
The service will combine accommodation-based provision and dispersed supported housing for individuals with medium to high-level needs, providing a coordinated pathway of support across the Borough.
The contract is expected to run from 17 January 2027 to 16 January 2030, with an option to extend for a further two years subject to satisfactory performance and continued council funding.
Five tenders were received and assessed, with Home Group selected following an open procedure. The award decision was made on 15 September 2026.
