Derby City Council has awarded SENAD Limited a £1.7 million contract for the placement of 17 students at Alderwasley Hall School for the 2026/27 academic year.
The placements provide education for SEND students, funded through the High Needs Block of the Dedicated Schools Grant distributed by the Department for Education.
The contract is expected to run from 16 September 2026 to 31 August 2027.
The award was made directly to SENAD Limited under the Light Touch Regime on the basis of customer and parental choice.
