North Somerset Council has awarded a £190,355 contract to Green Cross Training Limited for the provision of First Aid Training.
The contract will provide a range of First Aid Training courses that comply with current Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidance and certification requirements.
The contract is expected to run from 1 September 2026 until 31 August 2029, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods until 31 August 2031.
Green Cross Training Limited was selected following a Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Light Touch regime. A total of 24 tenders were received, with 14 assessed at the final stage.
North Somerset Council made the award decision on 10 August 2026, with 21 August 2026 listed as the earliest date the contract will be signed.
The contract has a stated value of £190,355 excluding VAT and £228,426 including VAT and is classified under Health and First-Aid Training Services (CPV 80560000).
