Housing LIN Enterprises Ltd was selected following a Below Threshold Open Competition. One tender was received and assessed at the final stage.
Birmingham City Council made the award decision on 31 July 2026, with 12 August 2026 listed as the earliest date the contract will be signed.
The contract has a stated value of £155,500 excluding VAT and £186,600 including VAT and is classified under Business Services: Law, Marketing, Consulting, Recruitment, Printing and Security (CPV 79000000).
