Marie Church Cognitive Behavioural Services Awarded £462,720 Occupational Health and CBT Contract by Thirteen Housing Group

Thirteen Housing Group Limited has selected Marie Church Cognitive Behavioural Services for an Occupational Health and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) services contract valued at £462,720 including VAT.

The contract will cover Occupational Health, Health Declaration Support and CBT services for the housing provider, which manages 35,000 properties across the North East and Yorkshire.

The award decision was made on 23 October 2026. The contract is estimated to run from 10 November 2026 to 9 October 2028, with two possible 12-month extensions that could extend the term to 9 October 2030.

Thirteen Housing Group received 10 tenders, all of which were assessed at the final stage, before selecting Marie Church Cognitive Behavioural Services as the successful supplier. The contract is expected to be signed no earlier than 9 November 2026, following the standstill period ending on 4 November 2026.
