Future Housing Solutions Wins £240,000 Older People Support Contract in Telford and Wrekin

The Borough of Telford & Wrekin has awarded Future Housing Solutions a £240,000 contract to provide older people support services in Telford and Wrekin.

The contract will provide independent living accommodation for an individual, including emergency on-site support, coordination with the on-site care provider and ongoing property maintenance. The placement will take account of the individual’s location preferences and provide suitable accommodation in the least restrictive way.

The contract is scheduled to run for eight years, from 2 November 2026 to 1 November 2034. It operates on rolling terms and will end when all individual service agreements under the contract have concluded.

The award decision was made on 23 October 2026 through a below-threshold procedure without competition. The notice lists the contract value as £240,000 both excluding and including VAT.
