Bromley Healthcare set to secure £10m Greenwich school health and wellbeing contract

The Royal Borough of Greenwich has named Bromley Healthcare Community Interest Company as its intended provider for the NextGen School Health and Wellbeing Service, under a contract valued at £10,014,104 excluding VAT.

The five-year contract will cover the provision of community health services from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2032. The Council has the option to extend the agreement by up to a further four years, potentially taking the contract period to 31 March 2036.

The award decision was made on 4 November 2026 following an open competitive procedure, which received two tenders, with one assessed at the final stage.

The notice confirms that the contract has not yet been formally awarded. An eight-working-day standstill period is in place, ending on 16 November 2026, with representations due by midnight on that date. The earliest date for contract signing is 1 December 2026.

The contract is valued at £12,016,924.80 including VAT, with the extension options included in the stated total value.
