Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust
London
The London Borough of Bromley proposes to award GCH (NORTH LONDON) LTD, trading as Gold Care Homes, a £1.893 million contract excluding VAT to provide 10 nursing care home beds at Burrows House.
The proposed block contract will convert existing spot arrangements into block provision, supporting adults requiring short-term and long-term care. Services will include Discharge to Assess (D2A), respite care and longer-term nursing and residential placements, helping the council meet its statutory duties under the Care Act 2014.
The contract is estimated to run from 1 November 2026 to 25 October 2027, with possible extensions until 25 October 2029. Any extensions will be at the council’s discretion and subject to supplier performance, maintaining a Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating of Good and continued demand for the service.
The proposed contract is valued at £1,893,000 excluding VAT, or £2,271,600 including VAT. The earliest date for signature is 25 October 2026. The notice describes a proposed award, and does not confirm that the contract has been signed.
