The award decision was made on 4 August 2026, with the earliest contract signing date set for 20 October 2026. The estimated contract period runs from 20 October 2026 to 31 March 2027, with the possibility of two extensions of up to two years in total, potentially extending the contract to 31 March 2029.
The contract was awarded through a below-threshold procedure without competition.
