Transportation of bodies on behalf of HM Coroner

Manchester City Council is seeking a provider to deliver the safe and dignified transportation of bodies on behalf of HM Senior Coroner within the Manchester jurisdiction.

The service supports the Council’s statutory responsibilities under the Coroners & Justice Act 2009, ensuring bodies are transferred and transported in accordance with the Coroner’s direction.
